Teachers on the River 2019 Summer Workshops

August 1 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Teachers on the River 2019 Summer Workshops

Minnesota and Wisconsin educators – this river workshop is for you!

We want to get you out of the classroom and on the river this summer, rediscovering your local National Park, the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. These workshops are designed to familiarize educators with the Rivers Are Alive K-12 environmental education program, a partnership between the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway and St. Croix River Association. Rivers Are Alive is a standards-aligned, student-centered and nature-based classroom and field trip program.

Continuing Education Credits for this workshop are available through UW – Stevens Point! To receive a certificate verifying your CE units for this conference, you must submit this form – CEU Form for Various Dates and Places in WI Summer 2019 within one month after the workshop. A certificate verifying CEUs will be forwarded to you within 4-6 weeks. The processing fee for UWSP Continuing Education CEUs is $30.00.
