How to Get Involved
 

As we expand our geographic reach to the entire bi-state watershed, we are eager to find people and organizations who believe, as we do:

1. There is strength in numbers. On issues that we all have in common and on issues that transcend our local communities, we can most effectively influence the outcomes by working together.

2. While we are one watershed, “all politics is local.” To truly be effective and credible, we need a broad and diverse network of individuals and organizations who live, work and play in the communities, counties and river reaches where we are working and who are local “points of contact” within the watershed.

The St. Croix River Association, on an ongoing basis, is actively seeking individuals who have an interest in applying their skills, contacts and passion for this place by serving as volunteer board members, committee members, advisors, or to work on very specific projects.

We are actively recruiting people who may have an interest in serving on the St. Croix River Association Board of Directors, fill positions on committees, and build a network of advisors and local contacts.

Anyone interested in being considered as a candidate for a position on our board of directors, or as a candidate for a committee or task force position please download and fill out the St. Croix River Association Candidate Information Form and return it to our Interim Executive Director, Deb Ryun by mail or email as indicated on the bottom of the form.
